During Business Hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM) (No Fee):

If you are locked out of your apartment, please contact your building engineer. They’ll do their best to help you regain access quickly.

After Business Hours (Fee Varies):

  • Contact your building engineer. They’ll do their best to help you regain access quickly.
  • If your engineer is available, a $75.00 fee will apply.
  • If your engineer is not available, please contact a locksmith directly.
  • You will be responsible for any locksmith fees.
